Over a period of 40 years, Deniz has been continuously representing some of the most prominent local and international corporations in their investment projects and litigation cases across a large array of sectors.
He has vast experience in corporate law, commercial agreements, litigation, dispute resolution, and contracts with governmental administrations. He is a very skillful negotiator and has helped clients enter into commercial agreements or settlements that are best suited for that particular matter.
Deniz has also successfully represented prominent corporations in a number of large international arbitration cases. He is specifically experienced in ICC and UNCITRAL procedures, and is a listed arbitrator with the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce.
